Sue Bell and Lynne Freeman delivered a one-day introductory course on qualitative analysis at the AMSRS Winter School in Sydney on July 31st 2009.

At the Advanced Qual Analysis course in Melbourne in April,  I shared my  "3 stages, 4 rules, 4 principles and 4 challenges" model of analysis.

I am continuing to work on the content of these courses: the revised introductory courses, will cover at the least some aspects of coding, including automated coding, and the three analytical skills:  deduction, induction and abduction. The new more advanced course will cover models of thinking, and discourse analysis.
