Susan Bell is a member of AMSRS (http://www.amsrs.com.au) and is therefore bound by the professional code of conduct which also protects respondent privacy.

Recording interviews and groups

Susan Bell Research usually records individual interviews and focus groups (audio and/or video). We protect the identity of the people on these recordings by storing all contact information separately from the recording. We keep all these materials in locked cabinets.
